If you are trying to read pages on Scribd and you wonder why many of them are blank, probably you are an unaware user of improper NoScript configuration.

I spent some time to search for a reason of the behavior described above. I also searched for a limitation imposed by Scribd (like Google book does). But I couldn't anything related to it. That sounded very strange to me, I couldn't be the only one to experience that problem.

I don't have read anything further about noscript.inclusionTypeCheck.exceptions, but changing it did the trick.
I now suspect that part of the problems I had with FF were related to this configuration I was not aware of.

Second day resting to recover from the sick. It's time for me to watch "Fight club".
I didn't read any review before wathing it and the first 10 minutes, even if much interesting, led me to think that it was a different movie. Then, after Brad Pitt appeared, it moved to the direction I expected. As a martial artist and fighter, this movies attracted my attention in first person, the fight is an important part of my life and I can understand the words that have been spent on describing the club. In my opinion when the the fight is purified by the violence then it can help many people to get their life in their own hands.
Moving back to the movie, it turned to a direction I did expect, and that I dislike Thinking to it later I saw the message the movie intended to transmit, but it could have been done also without any relation to the fight club. Anyway I can agree on a point, when you have the opportunity to have a fight, a real complete one, then you begin to see things ina different way and you became able to address youe target even (and more than you expect) better.

I'm at home sick, fever and sore throat. Great opportunity to spend some to watching movies I have on my list since a while.
The first one is "V for Vendetta" I saw it in italian (V per Vendetta). It is a movie by Wachowski brothers created on the basis of a comic strip by Alan Moore.
Even if I read on the reviews that the movie is not a good representation of the comic strip story, I definetivelly appreciated the screenplay then Natalie Portman did a womderful interpretation, the knifes uses is amazing and the main message at the mase of the story is great "Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof." Search, find, forge your ideas, and then follow them, always.

I and Sara are just back from one week on holiday. My intention was to bring her to the sea because she as a young girl need to breath iodine to help her to grow up. What I didn't want to do was to pass a week there doing nothing, I'm not the kind of person who can relax for a whole week doing nothing and more important I want Sara to get more confident with the sea and hopefully learn something.

After having evaluated several options I decided to subscribe her to a sailing course at Lega Navale Italiana sezione di Senigallia. During the week she had the oportunity to live the sea, that was my aim and during the week she also prefered to go to the beach rather than to the swimmingpool, great success!

I want to spend some words also for the hotel who hosted us. it is the Hotel Universal. I want to talk about it because it is really close to the port and so much comfortable to attend the course but more important it is very well managed and with many very nice people ready to help and support you. The food was alse excellent. So, it is definitevly reccommended by me!

Moving back at home we had a stop in Maiolati Spontini where we attended to the annual tournament of historic bow (http://www.legaarcierimedievali.org) We did this choice because my cousin was there, but we partecipated also in a great party because our city won the tournament! Go Perugia go :)

After I think at least 2 years I finally decided to give a try to Clonezilla. My Notebook is working pretty well and it is configured with many different usefull applications that help me to be much more productive, but it has a big major problem, it has Windows installed on it. I know I can just replace it with a Linux distribution or even add a dual boot option for the two operative system, but I'm scared by the idea to loose the current environement and start to configure it from scratch.

The solution that came to my mind was to create a disk image ad then follow two progressive steps, dual boot first, and a complete replacing after.

What I did was visiting the Clonezilla, quickly read about it and download the Linux based image. With the help of Unetbootin I installed it on a flash stick and booted the PC from it.

I know that create a disk image should not require a lot of configurations (at a base level) but I was extremely suprised by the clearness of the steps Clonezila moved me thru. At the end everything went like a charm at the first try, so I'm here to suggest you this great product.

.. well I didn't try to restore it yet... :)
